which is the better amp for a Memphis M3MOJO15 15" MOJO Subwoofer?
Which is a better amp for this sub? A 1000 Watt Class-bd Mono Amplifier, or a 600 Watt 2-Channel Amplifier? I'm looking for the most BOOM for the buck, without losing sound quality.
Thanks for any responses.
These are both Rockford Fosgate amps from their power series.
whichever one gives you the most power. If the 2 channel is 600 watts total, and the 1000 watts is 1000 watts total, then i would go with the 1000 watt amp.
but I have a M3mojo 15 that I've been running on a 2000 watt RMS amp for over 2 years daily without any problems. so you could up the wattage even more if you really want to get the most boom. the mojos can handle way more power then they are rated for.
